inplan is a spin-off of Intemp AG in Winterthur. For more than seven years we have run inpool, a platform for staff pools in healthcare.
That is how we know workforce planning from the daily work of care organisations: float and temporary assignments, short-notice absences and employment models that no standard system represents cleanly. inplan is the planning software built from that experience.
